If you need help immediately, here are some available services that can offer help and support.
Call your GP as soon as possible to explain what is going on and how you are feeling. If your GP is closed, then you should call NHS 24 on 111.
24 hour emergency services:
If you feel like you can’t cope or keep yourself safe right now, you should seek help straight away. Go to any Accident and Emergency (A&E) department or call 999.
If you need immediate support but don’t want to visit A&E, you can call the following 24-hour emergency services:

National listening services:
If you’re struggling and need to speak to someone quickly, you can call a helpline or listening service. They can support you by letting you talk about your feelings without judgement.

Samaritans National Line (24/7)

Samaritans, provide confidential emotional support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Calls are free.
Breathing Space Helpline
Call: 0800 83 85 87 (Monday to Thursday: 6 pm – 2 am, Friday: 6 pm - Monday 6 am).
Breathing Space is a free, confidential helpline for anyone experiencing low mood, anxiety or depression, or who is unusually worried and needs someone to talk to.
