Mental Health Awareness Week Scotland

Mental Health Awareness Week is a national week in the UK to raise awareness of mental health difficulties and promote positive mental health.

The 2022 awareness week took place between 9-15 May, and the theme for the week was loneliness.

Throughout the week, we explored experiences of loneliness, its effect on our mental health and how we can all play a part in reducing feelings of loneliness.

If you want more information on loneliness and its affects, please read our resource here.

We'll share more information about the theme for 2023 once it has been announced.
