Training

Our training courses develop knowledge, skills, confidence and understanding about mental health and wellbeing.

About our courses

  • Our courses are considered essential learning by many people, including mental health professionals and managers looking to support their staff, particularly frontline teams working with the public.
  • Many of our courses involve a trainer with their own relevant lived experience and we know from previous delegates that this can enrich the learning experience.
  • We offer a range of nationally recognised, certificated courses which can count towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Trauma Training

We specialise in Trauma Training and offer training at three levels (1-3) as set out in Transforming Psychological Trauma: A Knowledge and Skills Framework for the Scottish Workforce.
