Wellbeing Course

We're running a free online course for adults living in Edinburgh which explores how we can make positive, lasting changes for the New Year.

On this course you can learn practical tools and techniques to protect and improve your wellbeing, in preparation for the new year.

In this 4-week online course, we will:

  • Explore what helps to improve wellbeing and build resilience
  • Identify the positive changes that you want to make
  • Explore tools and strategies to make those changes last

Course times: Mondays, 5.30-7.00pm, from Monday 23 November 2020.
