Support for Young Adults

We are offering support for young adults, aged 18 to 25, who are living in Edinburgh to help them look after their mental health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Hangouts 

We’re hosting a series of fortnightly Wellbeing Hangouts for people aged 18 to 25. During these sessions, we’ll talk about all things mental health related; social anxiety, depression, study/work-related issues, issues related to gender and sexuality, social-media use, and isolation.

If you live in Edinburgh and are between the ages of 18 to 25, come join us in an inclusive and non-judgemental space to explore tools and strategies to improve our wellbeing.

When and where?

The workshops will be held every second Thursday, 5.30 - 7.00 pm.

How to join

If you would like to join any of the groups, please email Anna Chmiel on by 3.00 pm on the day of the meeting you would like to attend.
