Peer to Peer Wellbeing
The Peer-to-Peer Wellbeing group will provide an environment for people with mental health difficulties to come together. It will focus on specific activities each week, invite a variety of guest speakers to deliver activities or information sessions, and will encourage members to consider their personal goals in relation to attending the group.
The activities delivered will be developed based on the suggestions on an ongoing basis from those who attend. Some of the areas which we focus on include, confidence and self-esteem, assertiveness, self-management tools and practical support options and information.
These groups will operate a rolling programme, and activities will be repeated throughout the year. These sessions are being offered online until it is safe to deliver these in person.
It is open to anyone aged 16 or over living in the Scottish Borders and we accept self-referrals.
