One-to-One Support

Our one-to-one support provides a safe, confidential space for people who live in the Scottish Borders to access short-term support. It aims to help people feel more resilient, empowered, less isolated, and better able to manage and enhance their mental health and wellbeing. Our one-to-one support can also explore learning and development opportunities with people in relation to our group work programme.

Support is currently accessible by phone, video and at various indoor and outdoor venues within your local community across the Scottish Borders.

Support is provided by experienced Support and Development Workers.
