ONE-TO-ONE AND GROUP SUPPORT (MIDLOTHIAN)

We offer one-to-one support and a range of groups, workshops and courses that are based on the five ways to wellbeing.

One-to-one Support

At times it is important to receive support on a one-to-one
basis. Short-term support is offered to support people with a range of issues impacting on their mental health and wellbeing.

Group Support

We offer a range of groups, workshops and courses that are
based on the five ways to wellbeing.

These are facilitated across Midlothian and are open to those who wish to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

They provide a safe space to learn more about mental health and to develop new strategies for wellbeing.

Many also support people to use their own experiences to help
others and some offer the opportunity to develop a sense of
wellbeing through being in nature and conversation.
