Help us, help you...

Midlothian Access Point

The service is open to people aged 18 to 65 who are registered with a GP in Midlothian and are looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Those attending the Access Point can:

  • Talk about how they are feeling and how it is affecting their life
  • Hear about local groups, activities and services that can help
  • Learn how they can access the support that will work best for them. Support can be provided with this, if needed.

The service is delivered by the Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership and Health in Mind.

How to access the service?

No appointment is needed but please note there are limited spaces each week. We will meet with people in the order in which they arrive. You are welcome to bring a friend or partner.
