Listening Space Scottish Borders

The Listening Space is a place for people with mental health difficulties to come together on common issues and be supported by their peers in a safe and non-judgemental environment. 

The Listening Spaces are facilitated by a member of our staff or a trained volunteer who will help to guide each session and ensure the groups remain safe.

These sessions will initially last up to 2 hours and will be delivered online until it is safe to be delivered in person.

It is open to anyone aged 16 or over living in the Scottish Borders and we accept self-referrals.
