Group Work and Courses

Creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone we work with is at the heart of what we do.

Our groups and courses aim to support people to learn more about their wellbeing, offer opportunities for self-reflection and provide space to consider new possibilities for the future. Our selection of groups and courses has been developed through consultation with local people and we will continue to listen to your ideas for courses and groups as we grow.

We offer a variety of groups and courses, ranging from single 2-hour long workshops to 12-week long programmes. From information sessions that enhance knowledge to opportunities to share and reflect on personal experiences of mental health, we hope we have a course or group to interest or inspire you.
