Group Support

We offer a range of groups, workshops and courses that are based on the five ways to wellbeing. Groups are currently meeting online on Zoom.

They are open to those who wish to improve their mental health and wellbeing. They provide a safe space to learn more about mental health and to develop new strategies for wellbeing.

Many also support people to use their own experiences to help others and some offer the opportunity to develop a sense of wellbeing through being in nature and conversation.
