Peer support for people aged 18 and over with substance use problems who want to work towards positive mental wellbeing. It's an informal approach to support and lasts up to eight months

Midspace is your online space for mental health and wellbeing information in Midlothian.
At times it is important to receive support on a one-to-one basis. Short-term support is offered to support people with a range of difficulties impacting on their mental health and wellbeing.
