Anxiety and Depression Peer Support Group

The Anxiety and Depression Peer Support Group, facilitated by volunteers, offers a safe, supportive space for adults 18+ with mild to moderate mental health issues to share their experiences with one another.

The group supports individuals living in West Lothian to:

  • Feel safe
  • Feel heard
  • Be able to self-manage mental health and wellbeing
  • Have an increased knowledge of local services and groups as well as how to access them

When?

Meeting every second Wednesday of the month from 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm

Where?

Online, Zoom

How to access the service?

You can self-refer or be referred by someone else. Once we hear from you, we will arrange a time to meet to let you know more about the service and to make sure it’s the right service for you.
