Hello Mojo Challenge

It's important to take the time to do the things that keep us well. Whether that is reading a book, cooking a homemade meal, or getting outside for daily exercise, we all have different things that make us feel great.

Say #HelloMojo and challenge yourself to break an unhelpful habit or start a brand new one to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. As it's our 40th birthday, we're asking people to take on a '40-themed challenge'.

You could:

  • Learn to hula hoop for 40 seconds
  • Practice daily affirmations for 40 days
  • Cook a new recipe every day for 40 days
  • Deadlift 40 kilograms 40 times
  • Set yourself a running, walking, cycling, or swimming challenge

The great thing is that it's your challenge to do in your own way.

There are two ways to get involved:

1. Donate £4 on our JustGiving page and share what you are pledging to do to keep well. Then, challenge your friends to take part too.

or

2. Set up a fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you for your challenge.
