Health in Mind; A Healthy Mind

My mind is like an interrogation room.

‘What was that? I don’t know, I can’t remember.’
‘I’m so mad, so angry, so upset; I could just cry.’

I wish I had a mind that would just STOP; stop overthinking, running things over and over, again and again. Making it all up into different scenarios, trying to process a mind full of information.

I dream of the day of a healthy mind; but for now my health is in my mind.
