Services Manager - Scottish Borders

Salary: £31,520 p.a. (fixed)
Hours: 36.25 hours per week (full time)
Location: Galashiels with homeworking and regular travel within the Scottish Borders
Contract: Open ended

We are looking for someone who shares our values, passion and commitment for what we do well – developing and delivering mental health and wellbeing services in
creative and innovative ways.

You will have responsibility for leading, developing and delivering Health in Mind services within the Scottish Borders.

With management experience and excellent communication skills, your knowledge of service management, improvement and development will be complemented by your awareness of the external environment.

Your experience of partnership working, leading and developing teams/services and planning/evaluation will help us to ensure we continue to deliver services which make a positive difference to those who use them.
