Hello Mojo Challenge (Thursday 10 September - Saturday 10 October)

2020 has been a challenging year with many of us facing disruptions to our routines and the things that keep us well. It’s more important than ever to make the time to do the things that keep us well. Whether that is reading a book, cooking a homemade meal or getting outside for daily exercise, we all have different things that make us feel great.

Between Thursday 10 September (World Suicide Prevention Day) until Saturday 10 October (World Mental Health Day) say #HelloMojo and challenge yourself to break an unhelpful habit or start a brand new one to help get your mojo back.

There are two ways to get involved:

1. Donate £10 on our JustGiving page and share what you are pledging to do to keep well. Then, challenge your friends to take part too.

2. Set up a fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you for your challenge.
