Cold water swimming and being active is great for your mental health. Our Dip a Day Challenge provides the perfect opportunity to try something new, improve your mental health and wellbeing and support Health in Mind's important work.

Whether you're a keen swimmer or a novice, there are lots of different ways to get involved in our Dip a Day challenge. Whether it's a cold shower every day or a dip at a local beach, it's your challenge and you can do it in your own way.
