Whether it's taking on a challenge and raising sponsorship, getting friends together for a bake sale, making a donation, or volunteering for a few hours, every bit of support helps us to be there for people when they need us the most

Last year we supported over 4,900 people with their mental health and wellbeing, and due to Covid-19 the need for support is greater than ever. We’ve created our Health in Mind Hero Fundraising Guide, based on the five ways to wellbeing. Our fundraising guide is packed full of ideas and ways for you to get involved and is now available to download.
