In the last decade Health in Mind has devised and delivered an exciting and varied menu of training to many organisations including NHS Health Scotland, The Scottish Recovery Network, City of Edinburgh Council, Police Scotland, Energy Savings Trust, Cairn Housing Association and Midlothian Volunteer Centre. We are committed to providing quality, experiential, values based programmes, and where appropriate ensure that at least one of the trainers has lived experience of mental health challenges.
All training is open to individuals, teams or organisations. We also regularly deliver our courses tailored to different organisations' needs. A common experience for us is to deliver Mental Health Awareness based courses for different companies.
“Health in Mind delivered an excellent training course which met our needs perfectly. They consulted with us regularly before the course to ensure this was the case and delivered what they promised. Organisation and planning was excellent with a true focus on what we needed to gain from the day. The training day itself was very well received by all delegates with very positive feedback. There was an excellent balance of theory and practical experience. The lived experience trainers really brought the training to life too. The trainees now feel more confident and empowered to make an impact in their working remits”. Catriona Lamb Customer Experience, Quality and Partnerships Manager
