Reflective Supervision

This one day course is available on the following dates:

Target Audience

All Health and Social Care staff who are new to the supervision process.

To offer staff an opportunity to explore supervision as a reflective space for their practice within a health and social care setting.

By the end of the training participants will:

Have an understanding of the role of supervision in an organisational context
Understand the purpose of supervision contracts and the roles of supervisor and supervisee
Be able to distinguish different types of supervision, including the functions of line management, clinical supervision, and informal supervision
Have had an experience of reflection and its role in supervision

You will have an opportunity to attend a subsequent half day follow up course.
