Target Audience
All Health and Social Care staff and students.
Aim
To ensure that staff understand the importance of maintaining appropriate boundaries in their practice.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training participants will
- Have considered the relationship between personal limits and professional boundaries
- Be able to recognise the signs of over and under involvement
- Be aware of the values which underline the concept of boundaries
- Have considered the appropriate use of self to promote recovery
