MIDLOTHIAN ACCESS POINT

If you’re feeling low and stressed and want to do something about it, there’s a service that couldn’t be easier to access – you just turn up.

The Midlothian Access Point is a drop-in service for any adult aged 18-65 years who is registered with a Midlothian GP. You don’t need to make an appointment or be referred by your GP, just come along. You are welcome to bring a friend or partner. People are seen on a ‘first come, first served’ basis for up to 30 minutes.

The aims of this service are to help you to understand your mental health better, to sign-post you to local services and groups and, if required, to support you to access them.

The service is delivered by the Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership and Health in Mind.
