Help us, help you...

Sometimes our lives can feel out of control and chaotic. It can become difficult to deal with day to day tasks such as housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, dealing with correspondence and paying bills. As life becomes more chaotic, it can add to our feelings of not being in control of our lives and this is where our Support from Home Service can help.

The Support from Home Service is provided by Health in Mind’s Orchard Centre and our Support Worker can work with you either at home or somewhere local which would be agreed beforehand.

The service can help you get back on track with the day to day tasks that help us feel in control of our lives. Your Support Worker will encourage and support you to develop your coping skills and help you to build your confidence. You’ll be introduced to social, recreational and educational opportunities and supported to achieve personal goals connected to your home and the wider community.
