Help us, help you...

WELLBEING GATEWAY

You might want to drop into the Wellbeing Gateway if you are feeling low or stressed or if you would like to make changes in your life.

How can the Wellbeing Gateway help you?

You can talk in a private space with our worker about how you are feeling and how it is affecting your life.

You can also hear about local groups, activities and services that can help and learn about how you can access the support that will work best for you.

To access the service, you must be:

  • aged 18 to 64
  • and registered with a GP in South West Edinburgh.

When and where does the service happen?

Every Wednesday (except public holidays)
1.30pm to 3.30pm
Pentland Community Centre
Oxgangs Brae,  EH13 9LS

Every Friday
(except public holidays & 15 March 2019)
9.30am to 11:30am
Allermuir Health Centre (1st floor)
165 Colinton Mains Drive, EH13 9AF

No appointment is needed but please note, there are limited spaces each week - we will meet with people in the order in which they arrive.

A couple of things to think about before you come along:

  • Think about why you’re looking for help from the Wellbeing Gateway
  • Do you know or have an idea about the type of help you’re looking for?
