Trauma Counselling

Counselling for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

We provide a confidential, safe place for you to talk to a qualified counsellor and explore the issues from your childhood which concern you. This is the time to find ways of making changes to enable you to lead a more fulfilling life.

Our experienced counsellors acknowledge the impact of childhood sexual abuse - you no longer need to be alone. We offer learning tools to help you to rebuild trust and regain a sense of self.

View our CSA Counselling leaflet for more information, or contact us directly on 0131 225 8508 or contactus@health-in-mind.org.uk

Alternatively, you can submit this enquiry form.
