What you think

“It’s great to have someone who will listen to me and help make sense of things without judging me. It has given my confidence and self esteem a real boost.”
Carol, Craigmillar

I have always been one to bottle things up but it’s amazing how much better you can feel by talking things through. It has made me feel much more positive that I can turn things around for myself.”
Jack, Craigmillar
