During difficult times, talking through thoughts and feelings can help to explore what can be done to turn things around. Counselling is a form of talking therapy and can help people to take greater control of their life and improve their confidence.

Trauma Counselling Service

Our service provides specialist counselling for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. We provide face to face counselling in Edinburgh. Craigmillar Counselling

We provide a short term counselling service to adults living in Craigmillar, this service is available to any adult feeling distressed and in need of emotional support. Trauma Counselling Line Scotland

We provide confidential telephone counselling service for adult survivors of childhood abuse including survivors from BME communities. Self Pay Counselling

Our self pay counselling service is for those clients who choose to pay for counselling and want to access this quickly. We can see clients in Edinburgh at a time and day suitable to your needs.
