    Borders Navigator is a project for Eyemouth and surrounding areas. We work with local people who are feeling isolated and/or are experiencing low mood.

    One to one volunteer support to enable people to make connections, build friendships and rediscover who they are.

    A range of counselling services in Edinburgh and Craigmillar and details of a national telephone helpline.

    Access to mental health and wellbeing information and resources
  • Community Navigators

    Support for over 65s to find out what is on in your local area and how to access the support that you need, in the way that you want.
  • Orchard Centre Services

    Our Orchard Centre in Bonnyrigg provides creative, community based services to promote positive mental health & wellbeing in Midlothian.
  • Guided Self Help

    One to one support to access self help materials for mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress.
  • Self-Pay Services

    Information on how to buy our services directly.
  • Trauma Services

    A range of support and counselling services for people who have been affected by trauma.
  • HPS Connections

    Advice and support for vulnerable households and people who are in danger of becoming homeless
