Get Involved

There are many ways you can make a difference to Health in Mind. Whether you want to come and work for us in a paid role, or to volunteer your time and support in a voluntary capacity, we are keen to hear from you.

Volunteering

We rely on an army of volunteers to keep Health in Mind running, so there are lots of volunteering roles to get excited about. We’ve also been awarded Investing in Volunteers status for the second time! Read more about that here.

If you’d like to jump straight to volunteering opportunities, you’ll find them here, but if you think you have skills that we could use, we would love to hear from you! Explore our volunteering section, or send us an email!

Fundraising

Although many of our services are funded by local authorities, NHS Lothian and the Scottish Government, we also need to fundraise in order to keep up our services. If you’re interested in fundraising with us, check out our fundraising section

Donations

As a charity we are of course always very grateful for any donations. If you would like to help us to continue our support, please donate to Health in Mind - and if you are a UK taxpayer please remember to add gift aid!

Service User Involvement

If you already using our services, we are happy to hear any suggestions you may have for improving them and we have a service user involvement policy in place to ensure that we involve and support service users to play an active role in the shaping of services.
